Pastor Shannon Stewart has served as Lead Pastor of The Crossroads Church in Fort Worth, Texas since August 2019. After 14 years of faithful leadership, the founding pastor, Sean Michael Reed, entrusted him with the vision and future of Crossroads—a responsibility he leads with integrity, passion, and unwavering faith.

Together, Pastors Shannon and Michelle are driven by a clear mission: to see people discover their God-given purpose and make a lasting impact in the earth. With a message centered on radical faith and the power of authentic community, they are committed to reaching their city and the world with the Gospel in a way that is both relevant and life-changing.

Married since 2009, Shannon and Michelle call Fort Worth home. They are proud parents of a beautiful blended family, raising four incredible children—Madison, Trinity, Keren, and Preston—while leading a church that truly feels like family.
